What counts as a request?
Each message you send to the AI assistant counts as 1 request. Actions like browsing the app, uploading documents, viewing reports, or accessing your conversation history do not consume any requests.
What happens when I reach my monthly request limit?
Once a user exhausts their monthly quota, additional requests are drawn from the organization's prepaid credit balance. If no credits remain, requests are blocked until the next billing cycle or until the admin purchases more credits.
How does per-user billing work?
The administrator selects a plan and is automatically billed based on the number of members in the organization. Each member gets their own monthly request quota.
How do credit top-ups work?
When a user exceeds their monthly limit, the organization can purchase additional credits in $5 increments. These credits are shared among all members and never expire.
How much do top-up credits cost?
Credits cost $5 per pack (50 requests). Each credit equals one AI request. You can buy as many packs as you need, starting at $5 minimum.
Can I control spending?
Yes. There are no automatic overage charges. Credits are purchased manually by the admin in $5 increments. You only spend what you choose to buy, no surprises on your bill.
What happens if I have no requests left?
If your monthly quota is exhausted and the organization has no prepaid requests, new AI requests are blocked. Your existing data and conversation history remain fully accessible.
What currency am I billed in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The CAD option shows an approximate amount based on the current exchange rate. Stripe billing is always in USD.
